Rule 106
Arrangement of Corporation
(1) The responsibility of all the work related to the daily administration and management of the Corporation under the orders and instructions of the Committee shall be with the Managing Director as well as the Secretary of the Committee.
(2) The terms of service, remuneration and other benefits of the Managing Director shall be as prescribed in the regulations.
